2. Are all flexible gas pipes in good condition and marked BS 3213/2 (Orange)?

3. Is gas regulator fixed pressure type and not manually adjustable (i.e. could you remove the centre cap with a spanner)?

4. Does gas pipework incorporate a gas test point or a gas bubble tester?

5. Has the fire blanket got a kite mark?

6. Are all flexible fuel pipes in good condition and well supported?
